
Alzheimer's Society is an organisation which works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
There is also an organisation based in Scotland.
Children’s Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) is a unique national organisation dedicated to fighting all childhood liver diseases and working in three core areas: research, education, and support. CLDF can provide a wide range of medical and support information to families and young people. All are provided free of charge. Each year CLDF provides information and emotional support based on individual needs to thousands of children and young people with a liver disease and their families. CLDF is also the lead charity supporting medical research into childhood liver diseases and treatments.
Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC) The DSDC is internationally recognised as a centre for excellence in coordinating dementia projects which produce tangible results and places an emphasis on promoting good practice for those working in the field of dementia care. The centre actively works to improve services for people with dementia, working alongside local authorities, the voluntary sector, emergency services and government organisations to provide unrivalled education and training in dementia.

The Dystonia Society is a UK-wide charity providing support, advice and information for anyone affected by the neurological movement disorder known as dystonia.
Epilepsy Action is the largest member-led epilepsy organisation in Britain, acting as the voice for the UK's estimated 456,000 people with epilepsy, as well as their friends, families, carers, health professionals and the many other people on whose lives the condition has an impact.
